Very clean and tidy. Staff were very polite and helpful and the taxi service to the airport was very punctual. I would stay here again as its only 5minutes from prestwick airport.

This is not a hotel but a guess house,the room was cold till heat was turn. may be it was off peak when we stayed. there is good taxi service to the airport.

The room was very bright and airy, decorated in neutral colours but remained cosy. Plenty of parking. However as we arrived we were handed our keys and left to find our rooms- which were in a different building at the opposite side of the car park. As we left the receptionist simply glanced at us, at the book and then back at us and said 'Oh you've already paid' and then went back to his computer. Customer service was very poor. However we were there for just the one night and simply needed someone to sleep and the room itself was perfectly fine.

Food was not up to standard.

The staff put us in one room, but when we had a problem they promptly moved us to another. Also the staff was friendly.

It is in need of refurbishment and a good cleaning. The carpet was really filthy in the first room - better in the second. The second room was all around better, but the vent in the bathroom, the shower not too clean, the shower curtain, etc... were somewhat to very dirty.

Overnight stay prior to flight. We extended our check-out time to suit our flight without problem. Shuttle service into airport very convenient and as we were flying at 5pm we even had time to stroll into Prestwick. Very convenient for Prestwick town and airport. We had dinner at the hotel on our arrival day and really enjoyed it, lovely menu, excellent value for money; similar food prices to the 'discount hotel' chains, but of a superior standard. Hotel staff all very pleasant and helpful. Our en-suite room was possibly smaller than average but more than large enough for our needs and excellent value for the price we paid. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in room number 2 with lovely patio doors and balcony seating area. It had a great bathroom and the room was very clean

Did not like the checking out service as I did not get a receipt as I was checked out by the porter and no telephone in room.
